Assuming I have managed to map all the floors, every time I start a cleanup, do I have to move the base to each floor? If I don't move the base, the robot can't "come home", so I have to carry it "in my arms", right? If I have not moved the base to the second floor, when starting to clean this floor do I have to always place the robot in the same starting place (for example, the same corner of a room)?

The robot identifies the plane that has already been recorded. This way, if you already have one saved, when you put it to clean on the second floor, it will realize that it is not the same one it already has, and it will start creating another map. When doing so, we recommend also finding a location for the base on this second floor, so that you can return there when finished. The base, as you say, should always be placed in the same place (on each floor), if it moves from place to place (for example, you first put it in the hallway and then take it to the living room), it can cause it to become disoriented.

Yes, you can have the plan created to activate it manually whenever you want, simply go into plans and deactivate it (if it is activated, in blue, it will work with the schedule that has been marked, and if it is deactivated, you will have it there to put it into operation manual).

Raising the base to the other floor allows it to return to it after finishing cleaning, but if you don't want to do so, the robot will map the same and cover the entire surface. As for the stairs, like other robots, it has sensors at the bottom that, when approaching the void, detect that there is nothing underneath and prevent the robot from continuing, so in that sense there is no problem ( All you have to do is clean the sensors periodically).

Sometimes you can reconnect by entering settings, or by logging out and logging back in. You can also try changing the location of the base, in case it could be that for some reason it does not have good coverage there (in that case it is advisable to map again, starting the cleaning from the new location of the charging base).
