Hello. I bought this model and after charging it it doesn't do anything at all. As if you didn't press the button. We have changed it and the same thing happens again. Is there a lock button or is it broken? It is very rare that it happens in two.

It's a little strange, maybe it hasn't loaded correctly. When charging, the charging indicator should be flashing, and normally, the charger will be somewhat hot. As for the on/off switch, it should be in the OFF position during charging (maybe that's why).

I bought this vacuum cleaner about 2 years ago, and the day it arrived we tried to return it without success because it doesn't suck anything, the suction power is very low. We have had to put up with it and use it during this time, but I do not recommend this product at all.
